The primary objective of FOLPLAST Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością is to meet legal requirements, the requirements of quality standards and to satisfy the needs and requirements of customers, especially in terms of high quality and health safety of the services offered, while taking care to be environmentally friendly.
The certification, application and continuous improvement of the system, in accordance with the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 and the BR.C GS Packaging Materials standard, serves to ensure the high quality of our products, thereby increasing customer confidence and strengthening the position of the company and our products on the market.
We implement the Product Quality and Safety Policy by setting strategic goals and systematically monitoring them. The most important of these goals are:
- attention to high quality and health safety of products intended for contact with food,
- constant concern for the safety of the process of purchasing, storage, transportation and distribution of products in contact with food,
- striving for full customer satisfaction,
- building partnerships with customers and suppliers by getting to know their needs and expectations,
- comprehensive and timely execution of orders,
- improving the qualifications of employees and management in terms of product quality and safety requirements,
- taking care of environmental protection,
- investing in new technologies and services requiring specialized knowledge.
We realize the above goals by:
- raising the awareness of employees by constantly improving and enhancing their qualifications in the field of product quality and safety,
- selecting subcontractors and suppliers who meet the requirements for safety and quality of services provided,
- meeting the requirements of applicable legislation,
- continuously improving the effectiveness of the management system and continuously meeting the requirements,
- research into new products to enrich the organization’s offerings and range of services provided.
An important issue of our time is climate change and its effects on the environment and society as a whole. Acting in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, we take full responsibility for the impact of our activities on the environment and climate change. We would like to put particular emphasis on increasing the proportion of recycled material for the production of foil, responsible waste management and the application of closed-cycle economy principles.
The Product Quality and Safety Policy is known to all employees of FOLPLAST Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością and made known to all interested customers. This Policy is implemented, maintained and evaluated annually to ensure its continued relevance and adequacy.
